Follow up to: Practice: Making Labels in Word 2007
Once you have a sheet of mailing labels created, here are a few things you can do to improve their appearance.

Remember that you would need to select the text you want to change before you try these.
Grow font size 1 point: Ctrl + ]
Shrink font size 1 point: Ctrl + [
Change case: Shift + F3
Small caps: Ctrl + Shift + K
Remove formatting: Ctrl + Space
Change case changes TEXT FROM UPPERCASE ...
