So maybe this suggestion won't be all that helpful. You can adjust how far the borders sit from the edge of the page by going through the Options button that's in the Page Border box (at the lower right side). You can adjust the Measurements or whether measure from the text or the edge of the page. By playing with those, you might be able to find out if it's a printer problem or a Word problem. Good luck!
