Hi Lorraine - when I've had that happen, its been because the printer doesn't print as close to the edge as needed for the bottom border, but I've always been able to see that its cut off using Print Preview. So maybe this suggestion won't be all that helpful. You can adjust how far the borders sit from the edge of the page by going through the Options button that's in the Page Border box (at the lower right side). You can adjust the Measurements or whether measure from the text or the edge of the page. By playing with those, you might be able to find out if it's a printer problem or a Word problem.
Good luck!

Hi
When I put a page border in Word 2007, I can see the complete border in Print Preview but when I print the document the bottom border does not appear. This happens on all my Word documents, not just a one off. I have played around with the margin but nothing seems to work. Hoping you can help :-)
