Keyboard Shortcuts for Files in Word 2007

Use these Shortcut Keys instead of the Office button

Remember that you can add actions from the Office button to the Quick Access Toolbar by right-clicking on it and choosing Add to Quick Access Toolbar.

New = Ctrl + N

Open = Ctrl + O

Save = Ctrl + S

Save as = F12

Print = Ctrl + P

Print Preview = Ctrl + F2

Close = Alt + F4 (or Ctrl + W or Ctrl + F4)

Toggle between open files = Ctrl + F6
