		<description>Hi pilar:  Yes, You can use a simple Text Form Field (which will expand as it is filled in).  This works well in any document or table.  Once you protect it to prevent editing, save and email it.  The other party can fill in and email back to you.  It works well, we use this very often.  Hope this helps.</description>
