That would cause it to print what you describe. You can find it through the Office Button, Word Options, Display, then under Printing Options. Hope that helps. This is the template file that every new Word document is based upon. To edit normal.dotm, click the Office button, then Open. The folder list on the left should have Templates or Trusted Templates; normal.dotm should show in the file list when you choose one of those. Open it, be sure the title bar shows that file name. Find the file name code in the document and delete it. Save and close the file. When you start a new blank document in Word now, the file name should not be in there. If there are other changes you would like in all your Word docs, you could make them while you have the normal template open. Hope that helps!
