Five Keyboard Shortcuts for Moving Around a Document in Word 2007

Moving the cursor through the entire document:
Down or up one paragraph: Ctrl + up arrow or Ctrl + down arrow
Move to the beginning or end of a document: Ctrl +Home or Ctrl + End
Cycle through last four editing positions in document: Ctrl + Alt + Z
Moving the cursor within the visible window:
Move up or down a window at a time: Shift + Page Up or Shift + Page Down
Top or bottom of window = Alt + Ctrl + Page Down or Alt + Ctrl + Page Up
