Five Shortcut Keys for Fonts in Word 2007

Remember that you would need to select the text you want to change before you try these.

Grow font size 1 point: Ctrl + ]

Shrink font size 1 point: Ctrl + [

Change case: Shift + F3

Small caps: Ctrl + Shift + K

Remove formatting: Ctrl + Space


Change case changes TEXT FROM UPPERCASE to text that’s lowercase to Text With First Letter Capitalized. Change case is also in the Home tab, Font group.

Small Caps look like this. Small caps is also in the Home tab, Font group, dialog box.

Remove formatting removes all text formatting, like bold, font size, or underline.
