HOWEVER, the program seems to have a mind of its own and behaves inconsistently sometimes not responding to the page size command I give even though it appears to be correct on the screen. I can see that it prints as if the page is smaller and reduces the print accordingly. When I do "print preview" it shows that the print is covering the full page but it shows LETTER size in inches even tho I've changed to cm and changed size to A4. But like i said this is not consistent and sometimes it prints as ordered. what the heck is going on?
