I have the same problem Nick Barber had. When I try to type in shortcuts for symbols, the "assign" button is greyed out and I can only type certain function keys (like "insert" or "delete" or F2) into the "Press new shortcut key" box. Can anyone help with this? I would like to assign "alt + s" for the section symbol.
